Summary of Responses to Open Data Consultation

The Cabinet Office today published its Summary of Responses to the public consultation, Making Open Data Real. Naturally we want to be open and transparent as we take this exciting agenda forward and that is why we have published this summary along with the responses submitted. In 2012, the Government will set out its strategic vision for transparency and open data across the lifetime of this parliament.

Government Construction cost benchmarks

Open data measures in the Autumn Statement

A series of Open Data measures were included in the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement on 29th November. These world-leading commitments by the Government to open up public sector data will make travel easier, healthcare better and create significant growth for industry and jobs in the UK.
